水产养殖抗生素替代品的研究现状及发展趋势

CURRENT RESEARCH STATUS AND DEVELOPMENT TRENDS OF ANTIBIOTIC ALTERNATIVES IN AQUACULTURE

  • 摘要: 文章综述了水产养殖中抗生素替代品的研发现状与发展趋势, 旨在探讨减少抗生素使用、保障水产品安全的策略。通过分析水产养殖中抗生素滥用的负面影响, 特别是耐药性病原体的产生与传播, 文章揭示了抗生素替代品研发的紧迫性。在对现有文献的系统梳理与综合分析的基础上, 重点探讨了疫苗、益生菌、噬菌体、卵黄抗体、植物源替代品、抗菌肽、群体感应抑制剂及生物表面活性剂等替代品的研究现状、作用机制及优缺点。最后展望了多靶点联合技术、纳米技术与智能载药系统、绿色合成生物学等未来发展趋势, 提出应加强作用机制解析、生物利用度提升及规模化应用研究, 为水产养殖业抗生素替代品的研发与应用提供了前瞻性的参考, 以推动水产养殖业的绿色转型和可持续发展。

     

    Abstract: This review summarizes the current research status and development trends of antibiotic alternatives in aquaculture, aiming to explore strategies for reducing antibiotic use and ensuring the safety of aquatic products. By analyzing the adverse impacts of antibiotic misuse in aquaculture, particularly the emergence and spread of drug-resistant pathogens, this study underscores the urgency of developing antibiotic alternatives. Based on a systematic review and comprehensive analysis of existing literature, it focuses on discussing the research status, mechanisms of action, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of various alternatives, including vaccines, probiotics, bacteriophages, egg yolk antibodies, phytobiotic components, antimicrobial peptides, quorum sensing inhibitors, and biosurfactants. Finally, the paper outlines future development trends, such as multi-target combination technologies, nanotechnology and intelligent drug delivery systems, and green synthetic biology. It proposes that research efforts should be intensified in elucidating mechanisms of action, enhancing bioavailability, and advancing large-scale application studies. This review aims to provide a forward-looking reference for the research and application of antibiotic alternatives in the aquaculture industry, thereby promoting its green transformation and sustainable development.
