大食物观背景下水产业的科技支撑: 现状、潜力与趋势

SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNOLOGICAL SUPPORT FOR THE UNDERWATER INDUSTRY UNDER THE BACKGROUND OF BIG FOOD CONCEPT: CURRENT SITUATION, POTENTIAL AND TREND

  • 摘要: 水产品是大食物结构的重要组成, 在当今陆地资源较为充分利用的情况下, 深耕江河湖海、加大鱼虾贝藻的生产, 是拓展农业生产空间格局、促进食物多元供应的重要战略措施。树立大食物观, 根本出路在科技。因此, 文章基于水产业发展的现状, 分析科技支撑的现状、潜力与趋势, 并提出科技支撑政策建议, 对发挥科技支撑主力作用有一定意义。

     

    Abstract: Aquatic products are an important part of the Big Food concept. Under the circumstances of the full utilization of land resources, it is an important strategic measure to expand the spatial pattern of agricultural production and promote the diversified supply of food by deeply cultivating rivers, lakes, and seas, as well as increasing the production of fish, shrimp, shellfish, and algae. To establish a Big Food concept view, the fundamental way out is science and technology. Therefore, based on the status quo of the development of aquaculture industry, this paper analyzes the present situation, potential, and trend of science and technology support, and puts forward policy suggestions to enhance science and technology support. These suggestions are significant for maximizing the role of technological advancement in the development of the aquaculture sector.
